Conditions of using information
The user has a right to use ( including re-) open data freely, indefinitely, free of charge and without limitation of the territory use, including the right to copy, publish, distribute, modify open data and combine them with other information, use open data for commercial purposes, use to create software products and applications.
When using open data, the user is obliged to comply with the following requirements:
• use open data only for legitimate purposes;
• ensure that it does not distort open data when using it;
• keep a link to the source of information when using open data.
If the user does not comply with the requirements of using information, the user is responsible for illegal actions in the manner prescribed by law. The portal is not responsible for the accuracy and relevance of information posted on external information resources, as well as for the frequency of updating the relevant information in their composition.
We are not against direct links to information posted on the open data Portal of the Republic of Uzbekistan (data.gov.uz) and no prior authorization is required. However, we would like you to inform us (via the “Contact us" option) of any links leading to our Portal.

Open data portal of the Republic of Uzbekistan is not responsible for the content, convenience, availability, reliability, including issues related to security on the websites and does not necessarily endorse the views expressed in them. We cannot guarantee that these links will work all the time and we have no control over the availability of the linked pages.
Your confidentiality is important for us. Anyone can generally go to the Portal without disclosing Personal Information.
For statistical purposes, we collect and store the following information about user visits:
• domain of the user service provider the IP address from which the user accessed our website;
• the type of browser and operating system used to access our Portal;

• if the visitor came to the Portal from another site, the address of this site (referral link).
